## Carl's Cookie Capers - Multiplication Math Instruction

## Description

Welcome to Carl's cookie shop! In this tasty game, you'll use chocolate chip cookies straight out of the oven to help practice the multiplication facts. Count the number of cookies and the number of chips on each cookie to calculate the total number of chocolate chips! There are two levels, the first is easier and the second a little more difficult. Learning the multiplication facts has never been so delicious!

## Instructions

Step 1
The game will start by giving you a short tutorial. The cookies will represent the first number in the multiplication problem and the chocolate chips are the second number. Click "Skip Tutorial" to start the game right away or click "next" to continue with the tutorial.

Step 2
After the tutorial, you can choose two different levels by clicking on them. The first is easier, and the second is a little more difficult.

Step 3
In the first level, the cookies will pop out of the oven and you can use them to help solve the multiplication problem. Choose the answer from the four chocolate chips in the bottom left corner.

Step 4
When you finish the first level you can try again by clicking the "play again?" chocolate chip or move to the second level by clicking the "harder level?" chip.

Step 5
In the second level, the multiplication problem will appear on the front of the oven. When you solve it correctly, the oven will open and the cookies will pop out!

Step 6
After the second level, you can play again by clicking "next." The game will show you which multiplication facts you may have missed in the upper left corner. Have fun making cookies!
