Skip Counting

• Skip counting is counting while skipping one or more numbers.  To skip count by 2's, skip a number while counting.  (2...4...6...8...)  Many refer to this a "counting by 2's
• 2 x 6 is skip counting six times or 2...4...6...8...10...12 and you are at the answer
