Spring is here! I am so thankful. Finally feels like our city is alive and bustling after a long cold winter.

Trees are blossoming, the sun is shining, bees are buzzing, birds are chirping, flowers are popping up and I even saw some of my neighbors coming out of hibernation!

Two special teachers joined forces and had their students put on a school-wide bake sale.

The students decided they wanted to sell their baked goods during lunch and after school. They came up with a schedule that would be fair for each student. Each student wanted to have a turn working at the bake sale.  

The bake sale funds earned will be donated to the "Hope of Hope School and Orphanage" in India.
