Bulletin Boards for the Thanksgiving Holiday

Posted by:

The changing of seasons and of holidays is a fun time to change things up around the house and in the classroom, as well.

Here are a few fall bulletin board ideas for your classroom or homeschool area:

Let your students get involved. Have them tell you things they are thankful for and made a list.

Put their answers on the leaves. You can cut out the leaves and letters with a die cut machine or use real leaves.

This one is fun. Let students guess the number of leaves.

Pick a prize for the closest guess.  Students can earn guesses by exhibiting good behavior, helping a classmate, earning 100% on an assignment, etc.

This one is just sweet and simple. You could also incorporate a  writing assignment and ask students to describe what they are thankful for.

Hang student's 1-page essays in the orange space.

How have you changed up your classroom?  I would love to see some of your fall classroom decorations.
