Ah, the art of following directions.
But the skill of giving directions can be just as important!
This student-driven project is a winner.
From the moment I heard my sons class participated in this activity, I couldn't wait to blog about it!
Teachers, are you ready for some fun and laughs in the classroom?
Step 1: The teacher brings a box, wrapping paper, tape and scissors.
Step 2:Teacher sits in front of class. Supplies ready and in front of you.
Step 3: Students one by one, take turns giving a direction in wrapping the present.
Let them tell you every step from how much paper to cut, when to tape, folds to make, etc.
This is great for team building, problem solving and learning to work together.
The finished project is really fun!
