Cone Crazy is a popular game for teaching students the addition facts. The multiplication version of this math game has rated as one of our top games for years. In this game, students scoop up the correct flavor of ice cream for each customer. It is your job to keep the customers happy. If you get their order wrong once, they will forgive you. But if you get it wrong twice, they will leave the store!
Choose the difficulty level. The easy level starts with a one scoop ice cream cone and the medium level starts with a two scoop ice cream cone. The hard level starts with a two scoop ice cream cone and more difficult addition problems.
Choose the fact families you would like to practice. You can choose as many as you like. Then click on "Start" to begin.
Penguins will start coming into the store wanting their favorite flavor of ice cream. Look at the ice cream cone they are thinking of. Use the scoop to click on the correct answer for the ice cream cone.
After you have answered all the addition questions from level one, you go on to level two. Choose a new background that you would like to decorate your shop with.
On to level two! Click on "Start" to begin.
In this level, the ice cream cones have two scoops. You will need to answer both problems to move to the next penguin.
Before level three, you get to decorate your shop with new tables!
